We are currently hiring for volunteer and paid Ushers, Head Ushers and House Managers
for 2007.

We encourage you to learn more about our exciting team that is dedicated to providing world-class customer service.
Working with Patron Services will bring you in contact with thousands of patrons and first-rate venues and events at
Abravanel Hall, Capitol Theatre and Rose Wagner Center.

Patron Services Orientation

Interested individuals are required to attend one of the following Orientations in order to be scheduled for an interview.

Training

Once hired, attending a New Hire Training, annual meetings, as well as occasional special trainings on topics such as
sexual harassment, Americans with Disabilities Act, etc. are required. On the job training is also provided.
